Men's Club Competition Successes:

A Squad won the Atkinson Shield against Danbury A and also were top of the league.

C&D Singles - Finalist Mike Newman.

C&D Champion of Champions - Finalist Mike Newman.

C&D Pairs - Winners Tony Perkins & Martin King, Finalists - Tony Ashton & Mick Meager.

C&D Fours - Winners Tony Perkins, Mick Brickel, Mick Meager and Martin King.

Mike Newman and Stuart Robson (semi final substitute Malcolm Field) won the Coronation Shield.

Mick Meager and John Deeks secured third place in the Coronation Shield.

Ladies Competition Successes:

Chelmer Ladies Pairs - Winners Lesley Barkley and Hazel Townsend.

Eleanor Coupland gained her County Badge.

Jean Ashton has enough points now and will gain her County Badge next year.
